"Will the GOP lose the White House in 2008 ?
After 34+ years, Republicans have still failed to pass fetal "personhood" legislation to end abortion in our state & nation. Foreign Invasion (12-20 million illegal aliens) and War (Iraq) are two [of] God's end-game judgments on nations that shed innocent blood (Abortion).

The prideful Establishment Republican Leadership in the US Congress and SC Legislature, for more than a decade, and continuing right up to the moment in 2008, has "used " the Christian "conservative" pro-life vote... God is already judging and exposing the DECEPTION and FRAUD of the FAKE "conservative," and FAKE "pro-life," Establishment, CFR-controlled, Republican Leadership. May God be pleased to use the uprooting of this stronghold for His glory, and for the further extension of His kingdom ! May God in His sovereignty and mercy give us Christian constitutionalists for civil ministers, and remove these practicing Socialists, Globalists, and Protectors of Planned Parenthood and the child-killing industry from power.

If you have the courage, look at these pictures and weep at what our US Congress, US President, and ALL the "United States of America" State Legislatures are protecting: Both the Federal Govt. and each State have the power to declare legal "personhood" for all humans at fertilization, and end this holocaust in ONE WEEK !

U.S. Senator Lindsey "Grahamnesty" Graham concerned about large Democrat turnout in South Carolina on Election Day Nov. 4th

"Graham: "Democrats are Energized""Never Take Anything for Granted"
The Times Examiner, Greenville, SC (largest "conservative" newspaper in at least the Upstate and Midlands South Carolina)

October 15, 2008 [excerpts]

Sen. Lindsey Graham dropped in on a group of volunteers at Republican Headquarters on Pleasantburg Drive in Greenville last week.

He urged the volunteers to work hard because the Democrats are "energized." He said the Democrats in South Carolina had 100,000 more people vote in the Democrat primary than Republicans for the first time ever.

Clearly concerned about a potential heavy Democrat turnout voting a straight party ticket with a Democrat opponent, Graham noted that Greenville is the most Republican county in the state and he needed a heavy vote here to offset areas of the state with Democrat majorities.

"Given the conditions that exist out there today, you should never take anything for granted." Graham predicted that the economy was going to get better and that Sen. McCain was going to win the election.

It's too late Senator "Grahamnesty" - the Republicans had 12 years in the US House as the majority (Jan 1995- Jan 2007); and the Republicans have had 14 years in the SC House in the majority (Jan 1995-Jan 2009 so far), and eight years in the SC Senate in the majority (Jan 2001-Jan 2009 so far), to PASS PERSONHOOD LEGISLATION - you haven't wanted to, you haven't done it, and now you're looking at the possibility of being defeated and sent back home from Washington, D.C. to Seneca, SC - Hallelu-Yah !

2008 SOUTH CAROLINA PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARIES (REPUBLICAN AND DEMOCRATIC)

____________________________________________

On the 2008 Republican and Democratic Presidential Primary Days in South Carolina, over 86,000 more voters cast ballots in the Democratic Presidential Primary (Jan. 26) than in the Republican Presidential Primary (Jan. 19).

One factor for this much larger (almost 20%) voter turnout for Democrats was the (unmerited) enthusiasm for the leading (wicked) Democratic candidates among Democrats; simultaneously, another factor was the (merited) lack of enthusiasm for the leading Republican candidates among Republicans. The lack of enthusiasm for pro-abort, pro-sodomite, CFR member, John "Mc-Amnesty" McCain continues to this day among many in the traditional "base" of the Republican Party. The NWO Establishment, got their pick in McCain's GOP nomination, but fewer and fewer Christian constitutionalists and pro-lifers are satisfied with the unbiblical, immoral choice of the "lesser of two evils."

South Carolina Presidential Primaries

Republican Presidential Primary (January 19):
445,499 Ballots Cast for all Republican presidential candidates

Democratic Presidential Primary (January 26):
532,151 Ballots Cast for all Democratic presidential candidates

Over 86,000 (est. 86,652) more voters cast ballots in the Democratic presidential primary on January 26, 2008, than the number of ballots cast in the Republican presidential presidential primary on January 19, 2008. That means the Democratic Party primary voter turnout was almost 20% greater than the Republican Party primary voter turnout.

NO PUBLIC HEARING FOR RIGHT TO LIFE ACT, EVEN AFTER 12 STRAIGHT YEARS OF REPUBLICAN CONTROL !!!

12 STRAIGHT YEARS (Jan 1995-Jan 2007), AND STILL NO PUBLIC HEARING IN THE US HOUSE FOR THE RIGHT TO LIFE ACT BILL TO END ABORTION IN AMERICA - DESPITE 12 STRAIGHT YEARS OF REPUBLICAN MAJORITIES

The Republican Party had been the Majority Party in control of the US House for 12 straight legislative years since January 1995. A "Right to Life Act" bill to End Abortion in America had been active every year (May 1995-Jan 2007) to protect the right to life at fertilization, but as in every year since 1995, so also in 2006, EVEN WITH OVER ONE-HUNDRED CO-SPONSORS, the "Right to Life Act" (HR 552) CANNOT EVEN GET A PUBLIC HEARING IN THE US HOUSE !!!

From the very text of the Roe v. Wade decision - if "personhood" for the fetus is established (with no "exceptions") then the legal argument for abortion "collapses":

Right to Life Act of SC - news conference and "Jesus Christ is Lord of the Gates" pro-life rally - Jan. 17, 2006
www.christianlifeandliberty.net/H3213-S111-1032.doc

In the very text of the Roe v. Wade US supreme Court decision it states, “[Texas] argue[s] that the fetus is a “person” within the language and meaning of the Fourteenth Amendment… If this suggestion of personhood is established, the [pro-abortion] case, of course, collapses, for the fetus’ right to life would then be guaranteed specifically by the [14th] Amendment.” In other words, there never would have been legalized abortion under Roe v. Wade. But tragically, Texas had an “exception” which undermined their entire “personhood” argument. Justice Harry Blackmun wrote: “[Footnote 54 ] When Texas urges that a fetus is entitled to Fourteenth Amendment protection as a person, it faces a dilemma. Neither in Texas nor in any other State are all abortions prohibited. Despite broad proscription, an exception always exists… But if the fetus is a person who is not to be deprived of life without due process of law, and if the mother's condition is the sole determinant, does not the Texas exception appear to be out of line with the Amendment's command? ...”

Roe v. Wade
http://caselaw.lp.findlaw.com/scripts/getcase.pl?court=us&vol=410&invol=113

The Right to Life Act of SC, in statutorily vesting legal “personhood” at fertilization for ALL human beings, satisifies the Roe formula published 35 years ago. The issue of legal “Personhood” for ALL human beings, without exception, is a key to unlocking the 35 year old Roe v. Wade abortion enigma.

History of Active Right to Life Act of SC Bills in the SC Legislature since 1998 to End Abortion in South Carolina:

TEN YEARS (1998-2008) OF THE RIGHT TO LIFE ACT OF SOUTH CAROLINA

Right to Life Act of SC:

1997-1998 South Carolina General Assembly - "Right to Life Act of South Carolina"

H.4558 - www.scstatehouse.net/sess112_1997-1998/bills/4558.htm
Introduced February 3, 1998 by Rep. Terry Haskins (R-Greenville)
S.1060 - www.scstatehouse.net/sess112_1997-1998/bills/1060.htm
Introduced February 24, 1998 by Sen. Mike Fair (S-Greenville)

Main statutory text of H 4558 as Right to Life Act of SC first introduced:
Section 1-1-620. The right to due process, whereby no person may be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law, and the right to equal protection of the laws, both of which rights are guaranteed by Article I, Section 3 of the Constitution of this State, vests at fertilization."

1999-2000 South Carolina General Assembly - "Right to Life Act of South Carolina"
H.3135 - www.scstatehouse.net/sess113_1999-2000/bills/3135.htm
Introduced January 12, 1999 by Rep. Terry Haskins (R-Greenville)(same statutory language as original bill H 4558)

2001-2002 South Carolina General Assembly - "Right to Life Act of South Carolina"
H.3252 - www.scstatehouse.net/sess114_2001-2002/bills/3252.htm
Introduced January 10, 2001 by Rep. Ralph Davenport (R-Spartanburg)
The bill's first public hearing was in April 2001, where it was defeated in the House Constitutional Laws Subcommittee by a vote of 4 to 1 (one Christian Democrat voting for the bill, three Republicans and one Democrat voting against).

Main statutory text of H 43252 as Right to Life Act of SC introduced in 2001: ("vests" changed to "vest")
Section 1-1-320. The right to due process, whereby no person may be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law, and the right to equal protection of the laws, both of which rights are guaranteed by Article I, Section 3 of the Constitution of this State, vest at fertilization."

2003-2004 South Carolina General Assembly - "Right to Life Act of South Carolina"
H.3190 - www.scstatehouse.net/sess115_2003-2004/bills/3190.htm
Introduced January 14, 2003 by Rep. Ralph Davenport (R-Spartanburg)
(same statutory language as H 3252)
The second public hearing was in 2004, when it passed the House Constitutional Laws Subcommittee, but then failed in the full House Judiciary Committee by a (fraudulent) voice vote.

2005-2006 South Carolina General Assembly - "Right to Life Act of South Carolina"
H.3213 - www.scstatehouse.net/sess116_2005-2006/bills/3213.htm
Introduced January 11, 2005 by Rep. Ralph Davenport (R-Spartanburg)
(same statutory language as H 3252)
S.111 - www.scstatehouse.net/sess116_2005-2006/bills/111.htm
Introduced January 11, 2005 by Sen. Mike Fair (R-Greenville)
The SC Attorney General issued a legal opinion (3/30/05) stating the Right to Life Act of SC was constitutional on its face, but would have to be adjudicated if applied to abortion:
Legal Opinion (2005) of South Carolina Attorney General on the Right to Life Act of SC
"Accordingly, it is our opinion that the Right to Life Act is constitutional."
www.christianlifeandliberty.net/Westlaw_Document_15_03_35_5392471.doc

The third public hearing was in 2005, when it passed the House Constitutional Laws Subcommittee, and then passed the full House Judiciary Committee. In April 2005, the bill (H.3213) passed the full SC House on Second Reading ( 95Y-18N ) for the first time on April 13, 2005 ( www.scstatehouse.net/sess116_2005-2006/hj05/20050413.htm ), albeit with a fatal flaw amendment to the bill, that established an "exception" to personhood, by allowing the use of an abortifacient (abortion-causing) pill in cases of rape. The bill passed on Third Reading ( 91Y-10N ) on April 14, 2005 ( www.scstatehouse.net/sess116_2005-2006/hj05/20050414.htm ). Any "exceptions" to legal "personhood" fatally undermine the legal concept of "personhood" as contained in the SC Constitution, and in the US Constitution, in the 5th and 14th Amendments, according to the text of the 1973 Roe v. Wade US Supreme Court decision http://caselaw.lp.findlaw.com/scripts/getcase.pl?court=us&vol=410&invol=113 . The bill (H.3213/S.111) was given two hearings in a Senate Judiciary Subcommittee in May 2005 (for the first time on the SC Senate side), but no action (no vote) was taken. No hearings or further action took place in the 2006 Session. The bill died in this Senate Judiciary Subcommittee after the two public hearings with no vote.

S.313 - www.scstatehouse.net/sess117_2007-2008/bills/313.htm
Introduced January 23, 2007 by Sen. Mike Fair (R-Greenville)
The SC House (H.3284) and SC Senate (S.313) bills were re-filed in 2007, but no hearings took place in either the SC House or SC Senate in 2007. The fourth public hearing was on February 14, 2008 in the House Constitutional Laws Subcommittee, but no vote was taken, and no further action was taken the rest of the regular 2008 legislative session, although the SC Legislature did come back into special session in October 2008 to address a nearly one-half billion dollar SC budget shortfall.

South Carolina Attorney General Henry McMaster appeared before the Constitutional Laws Subcommittee,February 14, 2008, and reasserted that the Right to Life Act of South Carolina is constitutional, and that if applied to abortion, the outcome would be dependent upon the ruling of the US Supreme Court.

AMERICA - A NATION UNDER DIVINE JUDGMENT.

Psalm 33:12; Proverb 14:34; Psalm 9:17; 2 Kings 24:1-4; Jeremiah 19:3-5; Psalm 106:37-42

Foreign invasion (10-20 Million Illegal Aliens) and War (Iraq) are divine consequences upon a nation, any nation, for the shedding of innocent blood (e.g., 2 Kings 24:1-4)...

George Mason, Virginia delegate to the Constitutional Convention, 1787:

"Every master of slaves is born a petty tyrant. They bring the judgment of heaven upon a country. As nations cannot be rewarded or punished in the next world, they must be in this. By an inevitable chain of causes and effects, Providence punishes nation sins, by national calamites."

America lost over 600,000 American lives in the War Between Americans (1861-1865) as a result of God's divine judgment UPON BOTH NORTH AND SOUTH for the national sin of America's institutionalized chattel slavery system.

Will America have to lose 600,000 (or proportionally more) lives to war or terrorist attack before our eyes are opened to seeing the connection between national sin and national calamity ???

Just as God is already bringing incrementally greater divine judgment (e.g., 9-11, War in Iraq, ongoing Foreign Invasion by 12-20 Million Illegal Aliens, USA Financial Crisis, etc., etc., etc.) upon America for our federal, state, and local government-protected, institutionalized system of child-murder-by-abortion in our approx. 750 abortion centers, and hospitals, and doctors offices, today... www.lifedynamics.com/DeathCamps/DeathCamps.cfm

Abortion is a national sin. 9-11 was a national calamity.

3,000 innocent people were killed on 9-11-001; 3,000 innocents are killed DAILY in America's 700+ abortion death camps - just a "coincidence" ? Or is God perhaps trying to get our attention so we will "Connect The Dots" !!?

What about the War of Terror being waged by abortion domestic terrorists against children in the womb in America !!?

9 - 11 – WILL WE CONNECT THE DOTS?

“He that being often reproved hardeneth his neck, shall suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy."
Proverb 29:1, KJB

More and greater divine judgment is coming upon America for the national sin of child-murder-by-abortion (3,000 slaughtered unborn children PER DAY by surgical abortion alone) unless America repents of the shedding of innocent blood (STARTING with us Christians, for sins of committing abortions (including chemical abortions from birth control pills), and for sins of omitting to love our unborn neighbors enough to labor diligently to STOP abortions.) If you think that 9-11 is the most severe attack upon America that God will allow/cause, then you do not know history, the Bible, or God Himself, as He is truly revealed in the Word of God (all 66 books of the Bible !).
America will not survive as we presently know it . America will be destroyed, if we do not repent, of the national sin of child-murder-by-abortion, beginning with the Church. When the Christian church truly repents in America, one of the signs of that repentance will be an increased presence of born-again Christians, on-site, outside America's 700+ abortion death camps, crying out to God to stop the slaughter !

"If My people [Christians], which are called by My Name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My Face, and turn from their wicked ways [sins of commission and omission]; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land [America, or any nation]."

A message to Christian "blacks" and to Christian "whites" :

To Vote for Pro-Abort, Pro-Sodomite, Marxist, "Citizen of the World" Barack Obama, is to SIN AGAINST GOD.
To Vote for Pro-Abort, Pro-Sodomite, CFR Globalist-Socialist, John "McAmnesty" McCain, is to SIN AGAINST GOD.

Neither McCain nor Obama is a co-sponsor of S.3111 ( see
http://thomas.loc.gov ) to end child-murder in America -
BOTH ARE SERVANTS - PUPPETS OF THE NEW WORLD ORDER !

Christians, demonstrate your repentance to God by not voting for Pro-Abort John McCain or Pro-Abort Barack Obama on November 4, 2008. There is a "pro-personhood" pro-life Christian constitutionalist for whom you can vote: Florida Baptist pastor and presidential candidate for the Constitution Party, Dr. Chuck Baldwin. http://baldwin08.com/ (assuming Skull and Bones Illuminati NWO puppet President George W. Bush doesn't declare a "National Emergency," suspend the U.S. Constitution, declare Martial Law, and suspend / postpone / cancel the November 4, 2008 elections !).

Dr. Chuck Baldwin has repeatedly, publicly, expressed his support of the "pro-personhood" pro-life position:
